Javier Yañez (1982 Madrid, Spain) is a film director with a wide experience in well known advertising campaigns and fiction short movies. He has also directed music videos and other personal pieces as inspirational works.

He is the CEO and founder of Wewotion, a production Company with clients like Fanta, Coca Cola, Desperados or Ikea. In 2013 he did the VFX of the short film “That wasn’t me”, winner of the Spanish Film Awards (Goya) for Best Short Fiction and nominated to the Oscar that same year.

Throughout his carrer he has become an international awarded Director and Producer with his short films; “Mighty Boy” (The fist adaptation of a manga from the Japanese Naoki Urasawa, in Spain), “Amor Sacro” (Released in Sitges in 2011) and “A través del ocaso” (2009). “La Perrera” is the visual poem , written by the poet from Los Angeles, Xochitl-Julisa Bermejo. His last projects are a manga adaptation of Utopias by Shun Umezawa and his third manga adaptation “Bookworm” by Amagappa Shoujogun.

Donavan Richard, aka DonCartel, is an emerging filmmaker fascinated by the psychology of human behavior. Hypersensitive and curious, he enjoys exploring human relationships in all their brutality and complexity.

A creative event and catering entrepreneur, he has always pursued his dream of becoming a filmmaker. In 2015, he graduated from L’inis’ Cinéma profil scénariste program. As part of this program, he scripted two short films: “Larry de la buanderie” by Francis Papillon, which was selected in 3 festivals, and “Motel Paradise” by Virginia Tangvald, which was selected in 7 festivals including Festival Nouveau cinéma, Festival du cinéma international en Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Les Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois.

In 2016, he won the Pionniers du cinéma bursary at the Défi Ciné-Québec with “Le Rendez-Vous”, a short film produced in 24h that he wrote for fellow director Maxime Rheault starring Geneviève Brouillette, Alain Desrochers and Jacques Matte.

That same year, he represented Inis on the Creation Jury at the 19th Valence Scénario international screenwriters’ festival.

In 2020, driven by his thirst for creativity, he founded his own digital content production company, “DonCartel inc.”, in which he puts his skills as scriptwriter, producer, art director and copywriter to good use. This new project also gave him the opportunity to cut his teeth as a director on various advertising and corporate video projects.

In 2023, he took the plunge into fiction directing with his first independent short film “Le Chasseur”. A film in which he acted as writer, producer, director, editor and art director.

Now calling himself a free man, he is driven by a powerful desire to tell stories and achieve human fulfillment.

He is currently working on three feature film projects that are close to his heart, and is seeking financing for his next short film “Nightfall”.

Basti Schwarz was born 1984 in Wittenberg, Germany. He is actor, writer, producer and director. He worked also as an book author. He living and worked in Saxony. He is the older brother of Make up Artist and Model Maker Oliver Schwarz (Birth, Sommer’ 94) with whom he made several films and other projects

Oliver Schwarz was born 1989 in Wittenberg, Germany and lives in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, Germany. He is an Make-up Artist, Stage Builder, Model Maker, Musician, Writer, Producer, Actor and Director. His Firm Logo is “Schwarz FX”.
